Upside-Downs
Upside-downs
are one thing, and something quite different when turned 180 degrees.
Here is a group of "upside-downs" from Rothenstein and Gooding's
book the playful eye. The forms are wonderfully devised in this
eighteenth century Japanese print.
Pass
your mouse over the picture to flip it upside-down. From:

The Playful Eye. |
